MD Membership Group Renewal

Instructions

1. Click the ADD button and select number of memberships, if renewing more than 10 memberships, select 10+ and then type in the amount of memberships you will be renewing.  Note: If opting for the additional $45.00 Political Activities Fee, please select that as well.

2. Complete the information requested and enter the credit card payment information.

3. Click SUBMIT APPLICATION button.  You will receive an email payment notification for your records.
