CT ORTHOPEDIC SOCIETY FOUNDATION - Mission & Objectives

Objective

The Connecticut Orthopedic Society Foundation was incorporated for the professional development of orthopedic surgeons and public education of the clinical aspects of orthopedic surgery. The Foundation strives to encourage and support the orthopedic residents and students of orthopedic medicine and offer educational forums and other opportunities to foster contributions of medical expertise and information regarding orthopedic medicine for the public good.

Mission Statement

The purpose of this organization is to conduct activities, programs and events to promote the understanding of orthopedic medicine. The primary activities of this organization are designed to promote better public knowledge of orthopedic medicine, to assure professional development of orthopedic physicians for the benefit of the general public, and to foster contribution of medical expertise and information regarding orthopedic medicine.
